The following guidelines are in place to ensure that all guests at Pure Essentials Day Spa enjoy a safe, comfortable, and satisfying experience. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated: Booking Appointments
To guarantee the date, time and therapist you prefer, book appointments as far in advance as possible. Our therapists' schedules fill up quickly, especially during peak hours like weekdays after 4pm and most Saturdays.
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise, however a 24 cancellation is appreciated. Please call us immediately so we can re-schedule your treatment for a more convenient time.
Punctuality/Arrival
Late arrival will result in your treatment being shortened to end at the scheduled time. To enjoy your full session, please arrive on time.
If this is your first visit to our spa, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out any questionnaires, enjoy some refreshments, and unwind before your treatment.
Our spa is a "no cell phone zone." For the comfort of other guests, turn off all mobile devices once you enter the spa.
Children & Pets
The spa is not an appropriate place for young children. Please do not bring children under age 16 unless they have an appointment.
Absolutely no pets or animals allowed in the spa.
Attire
In our waiting and relaxation areas, casual attire is acceptable; if you are receiving multiple treatments, you will be provided with slippers and a robe.
For Massage/Body Treatments: Your comfort is of great importance to us. Our massage therapists are experienced in the "art of draping" and will keep your body covered except the area on which they're working. If you would feel more comfortable, you may wear underwear during your treatment.
For Facial Treatments: Your esthetician will provide you with the appropriate attire.
For Spray Tanning: What you wear depends on what tan lines you want. You may bring your own bikini, bikini bottoms, or pair of underwear. The tanning solution washes out of most fabrics.
Gratuities
Menu prices do not include gratuity. If you would like to thank your therapist(s) for their outstanding service, gratuities are always appreciated. 15%-20% is customary.
