Booking Appointments
- To guarantee the date, and time you prefer, book appointments as far in advance as possible. Our therapists' schedules fill up quickly, especially during peak hours like weekdays after 4pm and most Saturdays.
- We take clients by appointment only, so please call for booking.
- We understand that unexpected conflicts arise, however, a 24 cancellation is appreciated. Please call us immediately so we can re-schedule your treatment for a more convenient time.
- If you are a returning client, please contact your therapist to make an appointment. If you are a new client, please call the front desk. Thank you!
Punctuality/Arrival
- Late arrival will result in your treatment being shortened to end at the scheduled time. To enjoy your full session, please arrive on time.

- Our spa is a "no cell phone zone." For the comfort of other guests, turn off all mobile devices once you enter the spa.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates will also need credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancelation policy are provided below.

Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa and salon services for a custom package that meets your needs.

- Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore a credit card is required to guarantee reservations of 2 or more treatments. To ensure that you may enjoy your full allotted treatment time, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you find you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is required by calling the spa directly at 661.633.0220. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a 50% charge of services to your card. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.

Gift Certificate Policy
- Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone or you may contact us below.
Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash or exchange for products. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
